About Qualified Home Mortgage.

At Qualified Home Mortgage, we believe a mortgage should do more than finance a house — it should create opportunity.

Our approach was inspired by a simple truth: homeownership can be the foundation of financial freedom when it’s done right. The story started with our first property, an old Victorian that was transformed into multiple short-term rentals. That decision unlocked independence, flexibility, and a whole new way of living — and it showed us what’s possible when you use the right strategy.

Today, Qualified Home Mortgage helps homebuyers, investors, and business owners see financing in a new light. From traditional mortgages to non-QM solutions like bank statement loans, DSCR loans, and fix-and-flip funding, we offer the tools and guidance to match each client’s unique goals.

Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio, our mission is the same: to make the loan process clear, strategic, and empowering.

Let’s rethink what a mortgage can do — and build your path to financial freedom.
