What we do

• Use clear structure, headings, and labels
• Provide text alternatives for images and icons
• Maintain proper color contrast
• Support full keyboard navigation
• Add captions or transcripts where media appears
• Keep forms labeled with clear instructions
• Test pages when we make updates

Where we are improving

Some older pages and third‑party tools may not yet fully meet these standards. We are working to improve keyboard focus, labels, and contrast. If you notice an issue, please let us know.

Compatibility

Our site works with assistive technologies and the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. Features may not function the same in older browsers.

Third‑party content

We sometimes use third‑party calculators, forms, or links. While we cannot control their accessibility, we ask vendors to meet WCAG 2.1 AA where possible.

Accessibility of mortgage services

We can provide application help by phone, video, or in person. We can accept documents by secure upload, email, or mail. If you need another method, let us know and we will find a suitable option.
